The best way to reach us is by email, at contact@payoffdebt.app. We're a small, independent project, so a reply might take a few days — but every message reaches a real person.
Good things to write about
- Found a mistake? If a number looks wrong or a guide reads unclearly, tell us. The calculator's math is documented in the methodology, and we'll check any discrepancy against it.
- Feature requests. If there's a debt scenario the calculator can't model yet, let us know what you were trying to work out.
- Feedback or press. General thoughts and media enquiries are welcome at the same address.
What we can't help with
We can't give personal financial advice — this is an educational tool, not a substitute for a qualified advisor (see the terms for the full picture). We'll also never ask for your account numbers, passwords, or the financial figures you enter into the calculator: those stay in your browser and never reach us, so there's nothing for us to look up (see privacy).
